Mahesh Pratapneni, Managing Director

Mahesh specializes in incubating product companies in the education, healthcare, and data/analytics sectors. He is focused on helping launch, re-engineer and support small and mid-sized technology driven businesses. He is known for building outstanding global teams and creating value by leveraging his experience in product visualization, development and management; and his expertise in building global delivery models.

Currently, serves as Executive Director of MedGenome and is on the boards of Impelsys, Logicserve and Saksin Life Sciences.

His previous experiences include serving as EVP of CalSoft Group; SVP of OneWest Bank and IndyMac Bank; and CTO of Ocwen, Financial Services.

Mahesh earned his undergraduate degree in electronics and communications from IIT Madras, and his MBA from IIM Calcutta.

Rayman Mathoda, Partner

Rayman Mathoda is former co-CEO of Genesis Capital, an industry leading national commercial lending platform providing bridge financing for real estate developers focused on residential real estate markets. Genesis was acquired by an affiliate of Goldman Sachs in January 2018. Rayman currently serves as Special Advisor to Goldman Sachs, as well as Board member for Genesis Capital. Under her leadership, Genesis grew it’s loan originations by 500 percent over 3 years while achieving industry leading earnings and returns on equity, and zero credit losses.

Previously, Rayman was President and Chairwoman of Global Property Exchange and its wholly owned subsidiary Hudson & Marshall, an online real estate auction platform, which was sold to Fidelity National Financial in 2017.

In the past 15 years, Rayman has played successful transformation focused President or C-level roles at several key financial services and housing sector firms or including ALAW, Oversite Data Services, and Indymac Bank (now OneWest/CIT). Prior to joining the financial services/ housing sectors, Rayman was co-leader of the west coast healthcare practice at McKinsey & Company.

Rayman has an A.B. with Honors from Princeton University and an MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Rayman lives in Los Angeles with her wife and two sets of twins. She is a member of Young Presidents Organization as well as of the Board of Directors of GenomeAsia100K USA Foundation.

An alumnus of IIM Kolkata, Saurabh Agrawal is credited with managing successful IPOs of top Indian companies in telecom and technology space. He is known for his deal-making skill in sectors like telecom, media, technology and infrastructure.

Currently he is Chief Strategy Officer - Aditya Birla group. His previous experience includes Managing Director, Standard Chartered Bank for South Asia Corporate Finance and Managing Director, DSP Merrill lynch.
